General Information

Grinding wheels have a number of designations: lamellar flap disc, lamellar disc of flap disc. Whatever designation you use, you will find the suitable flap disc or lamellar disc at LUKAS for your specific application, from finish grinding to coarse machining using electrical or pneumatic angle grinders. With diameters of 100, 115, 125, 150 and 178 mm and grits of 24, 36, 40, 60, 80 and 120 made from aluminium oxide, zirconium oxide and silicon carbide, our flap discs can be precisely scaled. With innovative grinding wheels, such as the LUKAS series V2 Power, V3 Control or SLT flex, you benefit from excellent results in grinding and cutting operations as well as high efficiency thanks to a very long service life.

Owing to the vertical flaps the SLTS may be used in areas where a soft and careful grinding without any damage to the workpiece is required.
