In practical tests it was proven that LUKAS tungsten-carbide burrs produce maximum tool life since their cut has been set for the relevant job. Even for the cutting of GRP (glass-fibre reinforced plastic) and CRP (carbon-fibre reinforced plastic) we can offer the appropriate GRP and CRP rotary burrs. LUKAS tungsten-carbide burrs are high-quality precision tools which have produced excellent results in milling and deburring with industrial robots or in off-hand milling, deburring as well as preparing and finishing of welding seams. For a further increase in wear resistance, the reduction of the machining forces and an improvement in the chip removal we are also prepared to cover your LUKAS tungsten-carbide burrs with special hard coatings.
